We ship our products internationally from Morocco via DHL Express, and we follow strict standards to ensure a smooth customer experience. Here are the details of our returns and exchanges policy:
- Return period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the product to us, provided that it is in its original condition and unused.
- Return costs: The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error in the order. We recommend that you use a return service with tracking, such as DHL Express, or any other carrier of your choice.
- Return address: You can return the product to us at our address mentioned on the site.
- Refund: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 2 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method, but the original shipping fee will not be refunded (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
- Exchange: If you wish to exchange the product, please let us know. We will check the availability of the new item and ship it within 5 to 7 business days after receiving your return.
