Products and services:

The products sold on CUIRNOBLE are 100% handcrafted genuine leather items, made in our workshops in Morocco. Each product is unique and may have variations due to its handcrafting. We are committed to providing detailed and accurate descriptions of our items to ensure that our international customers can buy with confidence.

Prices and payment:

the prices displayed on the CUIRNOBLE site are in [Main currency, e.g. euros] and are indicated including all taxes (TTC). To facilitate international purchases, we also offer pricing in 14 different currencies, listed at the top right of the site. These currencies include: EUR (Euros), USD (US Dollars), GBP (British Pounds), CAD (Canadian Dollars), AUD (Australian Dollars), JPY (Japanese Yen), CHF (Swiss Francs), and many more.

The customer can select the currency of their choice from the currency selector. However, the final amount debited may vary depending on the exchange rates in effect at the time of the transaction and the conversion policies of your banking institution. It is important to note that if your payment is made in a currency different from that of your bank account, a very small additional conversion fee may apply, depending on the terms of your bank or credit card provider.

We accept several international payment methods to ensure a smooth and personalized shopping experience for each customer, regardless of their country of residence. Available payment methods include:

The 4-Part Payment option allows our customers to spread the amount of their purchase over four equal payments, at no additional cost. This payment method is available for orders that meet certain criteria (minimum and maximum order amount, eligible country, etc.). Customers can select this option at checkout and will be required to provide valid credit card information. The first payment will be debited immediately, followed by three automatic withdrawals every [number of days, e.g. 30 days]. This solution offers additional flexibility to spread the cost of your purchases.

International Shipping:

We ship our products worldwide from Morocco. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are estimated between 2 and 3 business days for most destinations. We work with reliable international carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, weight and value of the order. The fees vary between 14 euros and 20 euros, depending on these criteria.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders over 200 euros. This offer is automatically applied at checkout if your order total reaches this threshold, regardless of the destination country.

Customs Taxes:

In the event that the package is blocked by customs, all customs taxes and associated fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. Although parcel hold-ups only occur in about 5% of cases, it is important to educate yourself about any taxes and regulations applicable in your country of residence to facilitate your shopping experience. In 95% of cases, orders arrive safely. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products, and we want your order to arrive without any hassle. However, we cannot be held responsible for any additional fees that may be applied when importing products.
